FRUIT-FILLED TRAIL MIX 
3 c. popped popcorn
2 c. pretzel sticks
2 c. bite-sized corn cereal squares
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
1 (5.4 oz.) box assorted bite-sized fruit snacks (about 1 1/4 c.)

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, pretzel sticks and cereal squares. In a small bowl, blend butter, soy sauce and ginger, drizzle over cereal mixture, stirring until coated. Spread evenly into a 10x15 inch jelly roll or sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool slightly, then combine with fruit snacks.

Makes about 8 cups.
