FRUIT PUNCH MIX | |
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice 8 c. water 3/4 c. grenadine syrup In 1 gallon container combine frozen concentrates and water. Stir in grenadine. Chill thoroughly. Pour the punch mix into large punch bowl add ice or ice ring. Slowly add 2 (32 ounce) bottles lemon-lime carbonated beverage or grapefruit carbonated beverage, chilled. Makes 40 (4 ounce) servings. To make an attractive ice ring, alternate thin slices of lime and maraschino cherries in a ring mold. Add just enough water or fruit juice to cover fruit, freeze. When frozen, fill mold with more water or juice and freeze again to vary the color of the ring, add food coloring or choose a brightly colored canned fruit drain. Be sure the flavor is compatible with punch. Try orange slices, lemon slices, cherries, strawberries and peach slices. |
