SISTAKAYE (DANISH COFFEE BREAD) 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. warm water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
5-6 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water, set aside. Scald milk and add butter. Let cool. When cool, stir in yeast mixture and add 2 beaten eggs. Stir in salt and flour. Let raise, knead down and let raise again. Knead down and flatten out, sprinkle cinnamon, sugar and butter on dough. Fold in half, place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and let raise. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with powdered sugar icing.
