SKI SOUP 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 cans kidney beans
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 qt. water
2 c. diced potatoes
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 lg. onion

Brown sausage in skillet, pour off fat. In kettle combine beans, tomatoes, water, onion, bay leaf, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt and thyme. Add sausage. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Add potatoes and green peppers. Cook covered 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove bay leaf and serve. Yields 8 potions.
