MEAT BALLS 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. fresh bred crumbs
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients except ground meat thoroughly. Then add meat. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields about 30 meatballs.
