NACHO SAUCE 
1 lg. block Velveeta
1 sm. jar picante sauce
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 lb. browned pork sausage
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
1 sm. can chopped black olives
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. chili powder
Hot green peppers
Chopped onions

Fry hamburger and pork sausage. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and beer. Melt cheese over fried ingredients and add beer. Serve with nacho chips.
