INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
1/2 lb. smoked ham
1/2 lb. fresh pork
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Grind ham and pork, cutting away fat. Mix all ingredients together. Pack lightly in muffin pans rounded up, but not clear to the top. Bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.

SAUCE FOR TOP:

1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Boil above ingredients together for 1 minute. Pour syrup over each loaf and return to oven and bake for 25 minutes more.
