CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP
COOKIES
 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 pkgs. (2 c. per pkg.) Reese's peanut butter cups
1 c. chocolate chips - semi-sweet

Sift together, flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt. Set aside. Cut Reese's cups into 8 pieces each. Set aside. Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, at high speed for 3 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add vanilla. Blend. Fold in dry ingredients. By hand, fold in candy pieces and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets. Remove to rack and cool well.
