ROSY RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. box gelatin - raspberry or strawberry
1 yellow or white cake mix

Stir sugar and gelatin in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Over this, place rhubarb, followed by marshmallows and topped by cake batter which has been mixed up according to high altitude package directions. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Delicious as is or topped with ice cream or whipped topping or cream. Best served when warm.
