TEXAS CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. minced onion
Leftover pinto beans
1 c. crushed corn chips
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Add all other ingredients except cheese and chips. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Top with crushed corn chips and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
