1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1 c. frozen green peas
1 pkg. Ranch dressing (buttermilk recipe)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green pepper, slivered
1 c. water chestnut, slivered

Wash and clean broccoli and cauliflower and cut buds off each about 1/2 inch long. Add Ranch dressing but do not add buttermilk. MIX SOUR CREAM AND MAYONNAISE THE DAY BEFORE.

Add sour cream and mayonnaise to the above mixture along with the green pepper, onion, and water chestnut. Just before serving dry the green peas very well on a towel before adding to the above mixture.
