ORANGE FONDANTS 
Cook to soft ball when tried in cold water or use candy thermometer 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 2/4 cup orange juice, 3 cups sugar, 1 cup butter. Pour into a buttered platter and cool until mixture retains dent made by finger. Stir with a spatula or large spoon until smooth and creamy.

Orange Nut Creams:

Roll into balls and top with walnut halves.

Orange Cream Dates:

Stuff stoned dates with fondant balls.

You can do a lot of things with peanut butter, coconut, candied fruits, etc.
