1 pkg. lemon cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 egg, beaten
confectioners' sugar, for rolling

Mix first four ingredients until well mixed. Roll into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in confectioners' sugar. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Do not overbake!
