ITALIAN MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. sm. shells macaroni, cooked
2 green peppers
3 tomatoes
1 sm. onion
1/4 lb. cooked salami
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. provolone or mozzarella cheese
2 pieces celery
1 can black olives
1 sm. jar green olives cut into squares

Add chopped peppers, tomatoes, onions and celery to macaroni. Cut olives in half. Cut meats and cheese in small pieces. Add following dressing:

1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix and add to macaroni mixture.
