BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli (or use fresh bunch)
1 c. grated cheese (use sharp cheese if on hand)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 French fried onion rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook broccoli until tender, drain. Mix broccoli, cheese, mayonnaise and soup and put into greased casserole. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes.
