1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey (or 1/4 lb. each)
1/3 c. prepared salsa or taco sauce
1/4 c. Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 med. jar Cheese Whiz or 3 c. grated cheese
1 bag tortilla chips
3 c. shredded lettuce (optional)
1 c. chopped tomato (optional)
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)

Place crumbled meat into casserole. Cook on High for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring twice. Drain off fat. Stir in salsa and peppers. Cook for 1 minute. Open Cheese Whiz. Cook for about 1 minute or until melted. Place chips on plate. Spoon on 1/2 of meat mixture. Pour 1/2 of Cheese Whiz over meat. Cook for 1 minute turning once. Sprinkle with 1/2 of lettuce, tomato and onions, if desired. Repeat with rest of ingredients. Makes 4 main dish servings.
