ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 c. thin sliced unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each salt, seasoned salt, dried marjoram, and oregano
Dash of pepper
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease oblong pan, 13 x 9 inch. Mix all ingredients. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
