ANNE MARIE'S QUICK CHICKEN 
4 chicken or turkey breasts, pounded flat
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. olive oil

Squeeze all juice out of lemon onto breasts which have been pounded. Pour over olive oil. Sort of mix with fingers to combine. Then dip into this mixture:

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

NOTE: I put all this mixture in a baggie and dip each chicken breast into it one at a time.) Shake off excess.

Saute in oil or butter or combination of both about 3 minutes each side. Extremely good. Light lemon flavor. A very fast chicken piccata.
