AVOCADO DIP 
1 lg. or 2 sm. avocado
8 oz. cream cheese
1 oz. bourbon, white wine or vodka (or lemon juice)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion salt

Mash avocado to a pulp and cover with the lemon juice. Add the cream cheese and onion salt whipping until smooth and creamy.
