LAYERED AVOCADO DIP 
4 avocados, finely chopped and sprinkled with lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream
Onion, finely chopped
Picante sauce
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Cover the bottom of an oblong dish with avocados. Spread sour cream over the avocados. Sprinkle with chopped onions. Add picante sauce. Top with cheese. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.
