LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 bunch green onions
1 bell pepper
3 ribs celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 bottle Ranch dressing
1 qt. sm. shrimp (optional)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Bacon bits

In a 9x13 inch pan, layer bite-size pieces of lettuce, then bell pepper, celery, green onion and peas. Add shrimp. Cover with dressing. Add grated cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits. Serves 12.
