BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1-8 oz. carton cool whip
1 package large jello (orange or any flavor)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/4 c. juice
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped celery

Drain juice from pineapple. Set pineapple aside. Mix juice with dry jello in pan and let come to a boil. Let cool. (Not cold.) Add buttermilk and cool whip. Add pineapple, nuts and celery. Let set overnight. Keeps for a week in refrigerator.

Serves 8-10.
