NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. egg noodles, cooked for 10 minutes
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 can peaches
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. melted butter

Beat eggs, milk, sour cream, butter, and spices. Add cottage cheese and peaches. Mix well. Add noodles. Pour into a large square pan. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, then 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.

This was one of Sarah's favorite first foods. Her paternal great grandmother's Kugels were very popular and sold at temple bazaars. Sarah's middle name, Rose, is after this great grandmother. This is her recipe and we remember her whenever we eat it!
