NOODLE KUGEL 
1 lb. wide noodles, cooked, well-drained
1 - 24 oz. container cottage cheese
6 slices American cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. sharp cheese, cubed
3 beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste
bread or cracker crumbs

Mix eggs and cheeses together, combine with cooked, well-drained, noodles and butter. Place in one large (or two small) greased casserole. Spread bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

This can be mixed and kept refrigerated ahead of time, but add bread crumbs just before baking and increase the baking time about 10 minutes.

If you want, you can freeze this after baking, however, only bake for 20 minutes. It will finish baking when it's reheated. Thaw before reheating.
