8 to 10 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
8 lg. eggs
1 jar pimentos
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 jar green olives, sliced
2 to 3 tbsp. relish or to taste (sweet relish)
Mayonnaise to taste
1 tbsp. mustard
1 lg. dollop ketchup

Boil potatoes and eggs until done. Cut potatoes into wedges after peeling. Put in bowl. Cut up eggs and add to potatoes; cut up onions, diced onions; add to potatoes and eggs. Drain pimentos and add to salad. Drain olives and add to salad. Do same with green olives. Add relish. Stir in mayonnaise and other condiments and salt and pepper to taste.
