ORANGE BLOSSOMS 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
2 oranges
2 lemons
Wax paper

Prepare cake mix following directions on box. In a petite muffin pan, fill holes halfway full with cake mix. Bake petite muffins according to directions on box (until lightly golden brown).

Grate rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Squeeze juice from both lemons and oranges. In a medium size bowl, combine powdered sugar and juice, stir until completely dissolved.

Lay a long sheet of wax paper on table. When muffins are done, drop 3 or 4 at a time into the prepared juice. Turn petite muffins with a fork until coated and place on wax paper for juice to set. Keep repeating until cake mix is gone.
