1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream shortening and white sugar. Add 1 egg and 2 egg whites. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt; combine the two mixtures well. Bake in 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows over batter. Add 2 beaten egg whites and brown sugar on top. Bake 30-40 minutes.
