LOVE the reviews. Am going to break this recipe down and follow several suggestions. Lindsay/California added dill pickle relish some Montreal Steak Seasoning. Think I will also add a clove of garlic - some Worcestershire - some taco seasoning. HAS to be outstanding... Of course - some hot sauce over later. Can hardly wait for this evening. Frozen bagged beer batter french fries on the side... Oh! Yum!. Lock the door - do not answer any knock.

I have made this recipe many times over the years (as well as the Impossible Buttermilk Pie, yum yum!). The recipe above fails to mention that the beef, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms (whatever you want to add or leave off)) are to be cooked separately from other ingredients, placed in a greased 9x13 pan. Then mix all other ingredients in blender for about 15 seconds and pour over the beef mixture. The official Bisquick Impossible Cheeseburger Pie recipe calls for enough sliced tomatoes (you can leave off some of the tomatoes if you've got picky kids) applied to the top of the pie (cooked to a golden brown with grated cheese to cover the tomatoes and placed back in the oven for the cheese to be completely melted. I also recommend cutting down a little on the amount of ground beef if adding more that just the onion and/or other ingredients. Enjoy!!

I made this tonight for my family. Before putting it in the oven I put diced tomatoes and olives on top and then spooned on some green enchilada sauce on it (not much sauce just a little). Turned out great!

I love this recipe. I just made one but used Kodiak Cakes pancake mix instead of Bisquick and it is a protein packed meal and taste just as good. Those that do not like it should try to spice it up a bit. I use chili powder or cayenne pepper for a kick. I also vacuum freeze left overs to take as meals at work. They thaw perfectly, just thinner.

I read all the reviews before I made this. I added spices; garlic powder, onion powder, tad of chili powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. It was delicious!!! I guess it could be considered tasteless if spices weren't added but I thought it was delicious!!!!!!

I use Stonewall Farm Vermont Turkey Cajun Style and extra sharp cheese (Vermont naturally!) and that's all the seasoning you need. Am making it tomorrow AM for a Christmas Brunch. Lots of compliments! Waiting for snow here in VT.

Made this for the first time tonite exactly as is and my teenage son and I loved it. We are both gluten free and I used a gluten free baking mix and it turned out great. My son added ketchup on the side. I served with a crisp green salad and steamed carrots. Excellent!
