SALMON PATTIES 
1 can (15 to 16 oz.) pink salmon
1 egg (or 2 eggs)
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 to 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. Crisco

Drain salmon, save water. Mix salmon, eggs and onion. Combine flour and powder. Add to salmon. Stir in salmon drainings. Fry in Crisco until brown.
