SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1-2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic; drain fat from meat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, salt, and basil. Bring meat mixture to boiling; boil gently uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove meat sauce from heat. Stir in spaghetti. Place 1/2 of meat mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Place remaining meat mixture in pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 370 degrees.
