10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

Wash and dry spinach and tear into bite-size pieces. Combine and add dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Sometimes I add canned pineapple chunks and use part Romaine lettuce.
