SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
3 pkg. frozen coconut
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix

Mix coconut, sour cream, and sugar. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Make cake mix according to directions and bake in 3 layers. Spread with refrigerated frosting and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
