SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
1 lg. carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
2 c. sugar

Mix sour cream, coconut, and sugar together. Leave overnight in refrigerator.

Mix cake as directed on box. After baking, let layers get cold. Slice each layer into 2-3 layers. Spread sour cream mix between layers, saving enough for top. Keep refrigerated.
