MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Put ground beef in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs, eggs and parsley. Mix well. Roll into balls and fry in a pan over medium heat, until cooked and browned. Serve with spaghetti sauce. Makes approximately 30 meatballs.
