BROCCOLI CHEDDAR BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked and cut up)
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cooked ham, diced
16 slices bread, crust removed
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Butter a 9x13 pan, line with 8 slices of bread. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, broccoli. Put 8 slices of bread on top of that mixture. Beat eggs, mustard, salt and milk together. Pour over bread and cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Mix together corn flakes, butter. Place on top of bread mixture with 1/2 hour left of baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
