1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 med. onion, diced
Mushrooms (opt.)
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. Bisquick

Mix all together and pour into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. It freezes well.
