CHOOSE-A-FRUIT SALAD 
4 c. sliced or cut up fresh fruit
Lemon juice
Leaf lettuce

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. apricot nectar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg

Brush fruit with lemon juice to prevent darkening. On a lettuce lined platter, arrange fruit. Drizzle dressing over fruit.

For dressing, mix ingredients until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 cup.
