BLACK BEAN BURRITOS 
1 can Progresso black beans
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
6 to 8 flour tortillas

GARNISHES:

Chopped tomato
Shredded lettuce
Chopped green onion
Monterey Jack cheese
Prepared salsa, sour cream or plain yogurt

1. Drain and rinse beans and mix with tomatoes in micro-safe, covered dish. Cook until hot.

2. Spoon generous 1/4 cup of bean mixture on flour tortilla; roll into burrito.

3. Top with garnishes of your choice. Fast, healthy, good!
