MINT BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

MINT FROSTING:

1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled

Mix brownie ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool thoroughly on stove, then refrigerate.

Mix Mint Frosting ingredients together. Spread on cooled brownies. Let set.

Mix Chocolate Frosting ingredients together. Pour chocolate frosting over mint. Let set until hard. Chill until served.
