1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients then drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet, cross-cross with fork. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, approximately 10 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet 3-5 minutes to prevent crumbling. Makes 2 dozen.
