SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. hot sausage

Allow sausage and cheese to remain at room temperature until soft and easy to work. Add Bisquick and roll into quarter size balls. Place in freezer at least 24 hours. Cook at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until bottom is golden brown.
