MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 red onion, thinly sliced

SALAD:

4 heads bibb lettuce, torn
1 bunch watercress
2 (11-oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. slivered sugar-coated almonds, toasted

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serves 8.
