CAVATELLI 
1 lb. box cavatelli noodles
4 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli, cook until tender, drain
2 qts. half and half
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 sticks butter
Garlic powder to taste
2 cans mushrooms (stems & pieces) lg.

Cook cavatelli; drain. Bring half and half to a slow boil. Add butter, salt, pepper, mushrooms and garlic. Simmer. Add Parmesan cheese. Mixture will be thin. Add cavatelli, broccoli, and more cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand before serving. (It will thicken up!) You can add more cheese, if you like to.
