CAVATELLI 
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 (48 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce, hot or mild
2 pkgs. rigatoni shells (cooked and drained)
Salt and pepper
2 cans mushrooms
4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meats. Mix the rest of the ingredients together except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 20-30 minutes in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
