BACON PANCAKE 
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. bacon

Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Beat eggs and milk and gradually add to dry mixture. Set aside 2 hours.

Cube bacon and fry in skillet. Beat batter again and pour over bacon. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until brown and set. Cut in sections and serve (with jelly).
