ORANGE CINNAMON COFFEE 
1/3 c. ground coffee
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks

Place coffee in a food processor or blender. With it running, add extract. Stop and scrape bowl, process 10 seconds longer. Mix in peel and cinnamon. Store in the refrigerator. Makes eight 6 ounce servings when brewed.
