SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cottage OR Ricotta cheese
1 lb. ground beef OR turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs. Form mixture into a crust in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage or Ricotta cheese over top of spaghetti crust.

In skillet, cook ground meat and onion until tender. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly. Pour on top of cheese in crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with shredded Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes.
