OVERNIGHT RAISED DOUGHNUTS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
2 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
8 - 8 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil

GLAZE:

Powdered sugar
Water, to thin

Combine yeast with 1/3 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar and let rise 15 to 20 minutes. Then add rest of ingredients. Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, water and let stand while yeast is rising. When ready, add yeast mixture and then flour and salt. Put in refrigerator overnight and let double itself, or rise 1 1/2 hours. Then roll out and cut into doughnuts, and let doughnuts rise 1 hour, uncovered on floured board. When ready, fry in electric frying pan with grease at 360 degrees until done. Then glaze.
