LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Blend together as for pie crust. Press on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until slightly brwon. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix well and spread on first layer. Make 2 boxes lemon instant pudding with 3 cups milk instead of 4 cups. Pour on other layer and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
