WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice, soaked overnight
1 c. pitted olives, sliced
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. American cheese, cubed
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Add 1 cup water and pour into heat-proof casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
